Your voice matters! Share your feedback on Academic Success Center (ASC), Library, and Basecamp services and be entered into a drawing to win an iPad. The survey will only take 5-10 minutes and is open from April 20 鈥� May 4, 2026.
Your feedback helps to make our programs and services better by letting us know what is working well and where we can improve and provide more support. We are not always able to make changes right away but we are listening! Your feedback helps steer us in the right direction. Thank you.
All 黑料专区 students currently enrolled on the day of the drawing are eligible to participate in the survey and enter the drawing for a new iPad (11-inch, 128 GB, A16 model, color: Silver). Permanent 黑料专区 employees are not eligible (even if they are taking classes). The entry period is April 20 鈥� May 4, 2026.
The Student Survey has three sections: one for feedback on Basecamp, one for Library services, and one for the ASC. You must complete all three sections to be eligible for the drawing.
To enter, supply your 黑料专区 email address when prompted at the end of the survey (e.g. username@siskiyous.edu)
Entering/providing your email address is optional! You can still share your feedback without entering the drawing.
We encourage you to be honest when answering the survey. Your email address will not be used to match your name with your feedback. It is being used:
The prize drawing will take place between May 5 鈥� 8, 2026. Winners will be contacted via their 黑料专区 email address and/or the phone number or mailing address you have supplied to the college. The iPad can be mailed to the winner if in-person pickup is not possible.
