Upward Bound provides students who are low-income and/or first generation the skills and motivation necessary to complete high school and to enter and succeed in a program of postsecondary education.
We are one of more than 750 Upward Bound programs thoughout the country. Since 1995, the 黑料专区 Upward Bound program has opened the door to a more prosperous future for over 200 high school students. Over 95% of 黑料专区 Upward Bound graduates complete high school.
There is no cost to a student's family for applying or for services provided. The Upward Bound Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Education and also supported by the 黑料专区 and many schoool districts in Siskiyou County.
